Why we Overthink

Overthinking is something we all do at some point. Everyone worries at least once about school grades, financial matters, or relationship troubles with friends or family members. However, if you are getting lost in your thoughts often, it may signify you have an overthinking disorder.

First, know that you are not alone. Therapy can be a great way to understand why you are overthinking so frequently, identify what may be causing your overthinking, and figure out ways to stop.

Happily, there is mounting evidence that our moods and happiness can be modified by some simple activities and interventions that reshape our thoughts and moods each day.

 I genuinely need to help the people make this world a better place by helping as much as possible by unlocking each individual's full potential. Every individual has an unlimited power to change this world for the better. 

 I have been a journalist for more than 20 years, and I got the opportunity to work with many successful individuals. And I gathered valuable life lessons by working with great personalities.
