When we are dealing with people, we are not dealing with people with logic, we are dealing with people with emotions.

People don't criticize themselves even when they are wrong. so avoid criticizing others because it will cause someone's pride to be lost and a sense of importance to lose.

By criticizing we don't make lasting changes in one's life. and always remember, the urgent of mankind is to be important or desire to be important.

By appreciating and encouraging, you can build enthusiasm with people. That is the best way to inspire people and make use of them. if you like anything you have to appreciate that in a genuine way.

but average people do the opposite of this. when they see good, they say nothing but when they see a bad thing, they share that with other people also. sincere appreciation is one of the keys to being successful.

the only way on earth to influence the other fellow is to talk about what he wants and show him how to get it. every act you ever performed since the day you were born is because you wanted something. according to henry ford, " it lies in the ability to get the other person's point of view and see things from his angle as well as from your own".

Always make the other person feel important.

By profession, I have been a journalist for more than 20 years, and I got the opportunity to work with many successful individuals. And these are the valuable information that I gathered for many years by interviewing many successful individuals in different fields, attending important events, and establishing and maintaining relationships with great people for more than two decades.
